How to measure your feet

Place a blank A4 paper on the floor next to a wall.
Place your foot on the paper with the heel next to the wall. Take out a pencil and draw a line on the paper where the longest toe ends up. Measure the distance from the edge of the paper where the heel was placed to the line at the longest toe using a ruler or tape measure. It is important to measure both feet as the feet may be different lengths.

With the help of the measurement table below, you can then see which size suits you. Remember to add 10-15 mm of room for growth on children's shoes and 5-10 mm of room for movement on senior shoes.
