Terms of delivery for orders within Sweden

VAT 25% is included in all prices.
You can choose the following alternatives for payment:

Payment against Klarna Invoice (only for orders within Sweden)

Credit card
 
If you pay with credit card you will only pay half of the freight costs (applies only on deliveries within Sweden).
Credit card payment is made by PayFunc with high security. PayFunc transaction will be sent by an 128-bit SSL-secure coded connection. The total sum will be reserved on your bank account directly when you place your order.

Terms of delivery for orders out of Sweden

Conditions for deliveries out of Sweden to an European Union (EU) country
Deliveries outside Sweden will only be sent if you pay by credit card.
Swedish VAT 25% is included in all our prices. To companies with valid VAT-no we will deduct the Swedish VAT. The system can only calculate freight costs up to 20 kgs.

The automatic freight cost calculating system can't manage international freight costs with weight over 20 kgs. If your order weight more than 20 kgs you will be sent an e-mail with the total cost of your order a few days after your order has been registered with instructions for how to pay with credit card.


Conditions for deliveries out of Sweden to a non European Union (EU) country

Deliveries outside Sweden will only be sent if you pay by credit card.
Swedish VAT will be deducted with 20% on the total amount.
The system can only calculate freight costs up to 20 kgs.

Gift certificate
You can pay with Letro Sport's gift certificate when you order online. Please send your gift certificate to us on the address below. Write your name and address and which invoice or weborder numbers as the payment applies for on the gift certificate backside. If the amount of your gift certificate exceeds the sum that you have ordered we will send you a new gift certificate.

Terms of delivery and freight costs
Freight is added according to the Swedish Post Office pricelist.

Offer right now
Free shipping within Sweden for purchases of at least 799 SEK. Valid only for credit card payments, Klarna Faktura or Swish. Not valid if you buy plastic case for maps!

Time of delivery
Your order will be sent from our warehouse within 3-5 days and then transport time will be added. (concerns products we have in stock). If any item is out of stock, we will notify you the delivery time.

Returns
Returns will be accepted when the products are unused and in original package. Return costs (freight) is paid of the consumer.

Right to exchange goods (if not satisfied)
You may change the goods if you not are satisfied. Returns will be accepted when the products are unused and in original packaging. Return costs (freight) is paid of the consumer.

Order confirmation via e-mail
Confirmation comes in a few minutes after that you have sent your order.

Delivery confirmation via e-mail
At the same day as your order is delivered you will receieve a new e-mail with delivery confirmation.

Discounts - Letro Sport

Currently, we submit 5% discount on ORDINARY PRICES (see below types of prices).
Applies only for orders online at www.letro.se.

Four types of prices: Webprice, Package price, Special price and Net cost price
On the articles says always the price that applies for the day.

We reserve us for incorrect prices/information on the homepage.

Web price:
Ordinary price (that we have in shop or at orienteering competitions etc) with 5% discount.
On the article says then: (Ord price: 900 SEK) Web price: 810 SEK


The discounts does not apply for:
 
Special offers/Special price:
Articles that already have a lowered price during a certain period.
On the article says then for example: 
Special offer: 700 SEK (Ord price: 1000 SEK) expires: 2016-12-31.

Package price:
Headlamp package, big pack sport tape etc.
Package prices lies more than 10% compared to what they will cost together calculated on the ordinary prices.
On the article says then: Package price: 1650 SEK

Net cost price:
A minority of the articles are labeled “Net cost price”.
The article has then a really low price.
(VAT is included in the price). On the article says then: Net cost price: 6500 SEK
